Our Story

We are a Christian family of four. Our story of this particular property begins back in 2015. We had been looking for land to build again. We had been tithing our net income for years. During church one Sunday, a preacher was discussing tithing and whether or not folks should tithe their net income or gross income. He said that depended on if you wanted net blessings or gross blessings. That really hit home with me. The following Sunday, we started tithing what we grossed. After all, you can't out give God, right? About two months later, we were at the beach when I received an email from our real estate agent about the property. Though we had not seen it, I knew immediately in my heart that THIS WAS IT!!! I did not sleep all night long I was so excited. We drove home the next day and walked over the property.

The good Lord blessed us with a piece of property better than we could have ever dreamed of. We were faithful; therefore, God was faithful. We built our home in 2016. My husband started clearing trails, and I started naming them. (I got the easy job!). As time went by, we discussed putting some cabins on the land, but I just couldn't get right with people spending the night...so it was a no go! As time went on, we wanted to be able to share our blessing and hard work with others, so we felt opening up the trails to the public would be the best way to go right now. Come on out and enjoy a small piece of God's creation. We hope you enjoy yourselves and make many fun memories with your friends and family!

Malachi 3:10

Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
